Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.2 Reasons for No-Refund Policy

  • Digital services are delivered instantly upon subscription
  • Tools and resources cannot be "returned" once accessed
  • Immediate access to proprietary algorithms and calculations
  • Prevention of abuse and unauthorized usage
  • Operational costs incurred immediately upon subscription

2. Free Trial Period

To help you make an informed decision:

  • We offer extensive free tools to test our platform quality
  • Detailed descriptions and demos available for all premium features
  • Free consultation available to understand your needs
  • Sample reports and outputs viewable before purchase
  • No credit card required for accessing free tools

We strongly recommend utilizing our free resources before committing to a paid subscription.

3. Subscription Cancellation

3.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

3.2 Cancellation Effect

  • Cancellation stops future billing cycles only
  • No refund for the current billing period

  • Reactivation possible within 90 days without data loss

3.3 Cancellation Timeline

  • Cancellation requests processed within 24 hours
  • Confirmation email sent upon successful cancellation
  • Final invoice provided for records
  • No cancellation fees or penalties

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered ONLY in the following rare circumstances:

4.1 Technical Issues

  • Complete platform unavailability for more than 7 consecutive days
  • Critical tool malfunction affecting core functionality
  • Data loss due to our system failure (not user error)
  • Inability to access paid features despite valid subscription

4.2 Billing Errors

  • Duplicate charges for the same billing period
  • Charges after confirmed cancellation
  • Incorrect pricing due to system error
  • Unauthorized charges (subject to investigation)

4.3 Review Process

Exception requests must:

  • Be submitted within 7 days of the issue
  • Include detailed documentation of the problem
  • Provide transaction IDs and account details
  • Allow up to 15 business days for review

5. Service Credits

Instead of refunds, we may offer service credits for:

  • Extended downtime beyond our SLA
  • Feature unavailability lasting more than 48 hours
  • Verified billing discrepancies
  • Goodwill gestures at our discretion

Service credits:

  • Applied to future billing cycles only
  • Non-transferable and non-cashable
  • Expire after 12 months if unused
  • Cannot exceed 100% of monthly subscription fee

6. Payment Failures

6.1 Failed Recurring Payments

  • 3 retry attempts over 7 days
  • Email notifications sent for each failure
  • Service suspension after final failure
  • 30-day grace period to update payment method
  • Permanent cancellation after grace period

6.2 Reactivation After Payment Failure

  • Full payment required for reactivation
  • No partial month credits
  • Previous settings restored if within 90 days
  • Treated as new subscription after 90 days

7. Pricing Changes

  • 30-day advance notice for price increases
  • Option to cancel before new pricing takes effect
  • Grandfathered pricing honored for continuous subscriptions
  • No refund for price decreases on existing subscriptions
  • Promotional prices valid for specified periods only

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

WARNING: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate account termination and permanent ban from our services.

  • We vigorously contest all illegitimate chargebacks
  • Legal action may be taken for fraudulent disputes
  • Collection agencies engaged for unresolved disputes
  • Negative reporting to credit bureaus where applicable
  • Always contact us first for billing concerns

9. Account Termination by Profit Alchemy

If we terminate your account for Terms violation:

  • No refund for remaining subscription period
  • Immediate loss of access to all services
  • Data deletion after 30 days
  • Permanent ban from creating new accounts
  • No liability for any losses incurred

10. Modification of Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify this policy anytime
  • Changes effective immediately upon posting
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance
  • Major changes notified via email
  • Previous versions available upon request
